The payment schedule is stated in your offer and depends on the size of the project. Work starts after the full first instalment has been received.

The actual creative work — with up to 2 rounds of revisions included.

FAQ
How does payment work?
The payment schedule is stated in your offer and depends on the size of the project. Smaller projects are usually paid 50/50; larger projects may be split into milestones such as 30/40/30. Work starts after the full first instalment and all agreed content and access have been received.
When is my project slot reserved?
A confirmed offer does not reserve a project slot. After approval, the proposed start period is held provisionally for 5 business days and becomes reserved only after the agreed first payment is received. If payment arrives later, a new start date is set according to current availability. For projects starting more than 4 weeks later, a 10% reservation payment (minimum €150) may be agreed and is credited toward the first instalment.
What support and guarantee are included?
Website projects include 14 days of post-launch support for questions, admin help and small consultations. Technical errors in functionality originally developed or configured by AlinaDesign are covered for 3 months after launch. Updates, third-party services or APIs, expired licences, changes by the client or another specialist, new functionality and additional changes are not covered. Work outside the guarantee is billed at the current hourly rate or handled through Website Care.
How many revisions are included?
All main packages include 2 consolidated rounds of revisions. Additional rounds are available at €75 per round.
What if I only need a logo?
A logo alone without a brand system often creates more problems than it solves. I recommend Mini Branding as the minimum — but let’s talk and find what fits your budget.
Do you work with clients outside Belgium?
Yes, fully remote. Most of my workflow happens via WhatsApp and email.
What do you need from me to start?
A brief conversation (15–20 min) and some reference images of styles you like. That’s enough to begin.
